What is ASE Certification?

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
is a national organization dedicated to testing and certifying the
knowledge and competence of automotive technicians.

The tests are rigorous and thorough and cover all aspects of
vehicle diagnosis and repair.  Technicians must pass the test and
have 2 years verifiable experience to receive certification.

Testing is voluntary and shops that display the Blue Seal of
Excellence have made a commitment to exemplary service.
