This is my first time using tailor-made. But so far they have been friendly, very patient, and professional. I had a blown head gasket and they keep you informed of the progress of the work as they move along and they even text pictures of the progress. I like this kind of service. So far so good I will post again when the job is done.

Great staff, accomodating, prompt and courteous, and the work done was superb. Noise problem with the air suspension on 2004 Lexus RX330 was fixed and now car runs smooth. They also went beyond specific repair and took care of nail in one of the tires. Consult with Taylormade automotive first for auto repairs before going to dealership. You'll save $$$. Highly recommend this professional auto shop for repairs.
