I've been bring all of the vehicles that I have owned to them for service there. I took a chance when searching ( this was before Yelp) for a place, saw them, and has been satisfied with their service since. They have a vehicle that will take you back to your place but you might have to wait if its taking someone to their place and there is no loaner vehicle while one's car is in their shop. They will keep you informed on their progress on your vehicle and the cost that might occur. My example was with the automatic door opener cable to the side door to my van needed replacing and I thought just change it and out the door a few hundred bucks lighter. Oh no, You had to get the motor and the cable as a unit and its OME I was informed of this and left a lot lighter in my pocket book but with a working door.

The owner (Ramiro) cares deeply about his the quality of the services provided and is extremely thorough. Additonally, I was driven to the local shopping center while I waited for my oil change (which resulted in some spontaneous Target shopping). The diagnosis of my car was incredibly thorough and my car is 20+ years old but no one tried to upsell me. As a woman who is unfamiliar with most car-related repairs and services, it was so nice to be an environment where I felt unusually comfortable and could trust the expertise and integrity of the entire operation.

I’ve been coming to Taylormade for several years now. They are great! They always me know when they find other things that are causing or will soon be an issue. Additionally, they let me know when I have a big factory recommended service coming up so that I can plan for it. And on top of it all, they are just really good, decent people and they have the cleanest shop you’ll ever see.

Fast, efficient, thorough smog check. We will definitely be back to Taylormade for repair work on our vehicles. Also, their shop is clean, which can't be said about a lot of auto shops. I only wish they were closer to my house.
