Thank you to Ramiro, Dennis, Juan and team for making my first visit an extraordinary customer experience. Your professionalism and the entire shop's physical cleanliness are unsurpassed. The owner (Ramiro) cares deeply about his the quality of the services provided and is extremely thorough. Additonally, I was driven to the local shopping center while I waited for my oil change (which resulted in some spontaneous Target shopping). The diagnosis of my car was incredibly thorough and my car is 20+ years old but no one tried to upsell me. As a woman who is unfamiliar with most car-related repairs and services, it was so nice to be an environment where I felt unusually comfortable and could trust the expertise and integrity of the entire operation.

I’ve been coming to Taylormade for several years now. They are great! They always me know when they find other things that are causing or will soon be an issue. Additionally, they let me know when I have a big factory recommended service coming up so that I can plan for it. And on top of it all, they are just really good, decent people and they have the cleanest shop you’ll ever see.

Fast, efficient, thorough smog check. We will definitely be back to Taylormade for repair work on our vehicles. Also, their shop is clean, which can't be said about a lot of auto shops. I only wish they were closer to my house.
