Spooky Season in San Francisco, CA

With September coming to a close, Halloween is right around the corner! There are plenty of fun (and spooky) activities you can do with anyone. Whether you are looking to party or for some family-friendly events, there's plenty to choose from. We've compiled a brief list of events in the San Francisco area to help you plan out your fun.

 

21+ Halloween Parties

  • Titanic Masquerade Halloween Party Cruise - October 29, 2021, at 8:45pm 
    • At Pier 3
    • This 3-hour cruise includes two-party and dance areas, music by two local DJs. It is a masquerade party, so put on your party costume and a mask!
  • Crawloween: Halloween Pub Crawl - October 30, 2021, at2pm to 10 pm on Polk Street
    • Early check-in begins at noon at Mayes on Polk Street.
  • The Black Pearl Halloween Yacht Party on the San Francisco Spirit -  October 30, 2021, at9 pm to 1 am, starting at Pier 3

Ghost Tours

  • Time Travel Segway Tour - October 1 - 31 at starting at 7:30 pm
    • 757 Beach Street in Fisherman's Wharf
  • San Francisco Ghost Hunt - Reservations required
    • This tour takes you through beautiful tree-lined Victorian Streets in SF's Pacific Heights district.
    • It starts at the corner of Octavia and Bush Streets. 

For Kids

  • Halloween Hoopla at the Yerba Buena Gardens - October 30, 2021, from 12:00 pm to 2 pm
    • Music, crafts, and a costume parade
    • 221 Fourth Street in San Francisco 
  • Clancy's Pumpkin Patch - Open from October 1 to October 31 from 9 am-9 pm every day
    • Hay ride and hay maze
  • Randall Museum Family Halloween Day - October 30 from 10 am - 1 pm
    • Randall Museum in Corona Heights
    • An outdoor event featuring fun Halloween activities such as arts and crafts, ghoulish games, trick-or-treating, live music, pumpkin carving, and more.

Sporting Events

  • Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder - October 28, 2021 at 5:30 pm at the Chase Center.
  • San Jose Sharks vs Winnipeg Jets - October 30m 2021 at the SAP Center in San Jose at 4 pm.
