I was very pleased with my experience with Taylormade Automotive. The staff was very knowledgable and seemed to really care about the customer as opposed to just making money. I will definitely take my car there if I ever have any car troubles in the future.

The experience was so great I am coming back to have my regular service performed at Taylormade. I have been dealing with a really annoying noise in my vehicle that I have visited a dealership multiple times regarding with no satisfaction (and several, apparently unnecessary 'recall issue' fixes for the noise). The problem was immediately diagnosed and the repair solution provided at Taylormade and I was only there for a smog check! definitely a 5 star experience, I am not crazy, the vehicle does make an annoying buzz and it can be fixed! amazing.

These guy's treated me great, from handling the tow to the courtesey shuttle, they fixed my ride at a competitive price and even got one of my needed repairs done by the dealer under recall at no charge :)). Thanks Taylormade crew, see you next time!

I was given a early appointment and the work was done to my sattisfaction.

Excellent service, gave good guidance regarding maintenance, taking into account the age of my car and my own financial resources. They helped me to prioritize the work that should be done and then the work that could be done.

Ive taken my car here many times in the last 6months.. my review hasnt changed... Everything i have taken my car to this shop for has been fixed. i plan on taking my car to taylormade until my TBIRD is completely rebuilt.

WoW. am i impressed with these guys! it seems like everybody has a horror story about nightmare mechanics offering shoddy work at sky-high rates but i have yet to stumble into that quagmire. when my truck practically exploded on the highway i felt lucky to make it the 5 mins to my usual stellar mechanic in Pacifica. my relief evaporated, however, when i saw that they had closed for the holiday week! i limped home and jumped on yelp and after a brief search found Taylormade. praise Jebus. Scott and the team were immediately available and uncompromisingly thorough. i must admit a certain satisfaction at stumping a cadre of Master Mechanics, but after a lengthy investigation they found the problem and corrected it: a misfiring distributor cap & rotor. and here i thought i was looking at a complete rebuild! and since they checked every conceivable option, i now know the rest of my engine is sound as well [knock wood]. a great shop, a lucky find and a worthwhile visit. in life you often get what you pay for - with Taylormade i got even more. their team confirmed my diagnosis, found the fault and replaced the part with a better quality one at a very reasonable rate. i am happily on the road again, and peace of mind is priceless.
