My first experience with Taylormade was in a panic situation. I'm on the freeway and my car begins to jerk slightly, within minutes the jerking became progressively worse. I called a mechanic that worked on my daughters car and was informed they did not work on Lexus, but referred me to Taylormade, who I immediately called. Scott answered the phone, told me to drive my car to their shop. The rest is history, Scott assured me everything would be fine, asked one of his young assistants to drive me home and they called me when they found the problem (I can't even remember what was causing the problem), and they fixed my car as good as new. I've since brought my car and my daugther's car there for minor things and a couple of major fixes, and Scott is always at the front desk to greet you and assure you they will take care of your auto needs. They always provide a ride to BART, if needed, and pick-up too. Everyone at Taylormade is very professional and extremely nice. Their mechanics are very competent and well-trained in fixing whatever's wrong with your car. Thank you Taylormade!
