My constant worry is that a mechanic will mislead the customer into doing major work that is not needed. I had a problem with a suspension noise. I feared the worst yet was most pleased to find that it was only a tire inflation problem due to a nail I picked up on the roadways. I left believeing that the mechanics at Taylormade were as concerned with value as much as the proper performance of my vehicle. Thank you.

As usual, Taylormade diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and set up the replacement in record time. Getting us back on the road. The price was fair and they were polite and courteous. I especially appreciate that they don't talk down to me.
