Aww, gosh. When you finally find a mechanic you feel good about, it's such a warm and fuzzy moment! My car shit the bed on me big-time, and I was so scared to find out what was wrong with it. These guys not only fixed it well, they fixed it FAST! I was supposed to pick it up on Monday but they actually called me this morning (Saturday) and said it was all done! The guy I worked with was Scott, and he was super nice. He took time to explain the problems to me and what needed to be done to fix them. In addition, the total cost was less than he quoted me during the initial assessment, as they were able to knock some labor time off. My baby is back and running better than ever, and I'm a very happy camper! X-D

I always feel I get the best advice and service. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism that marks any visit I make to their shop.

Taylormade picked up my car, called me with the estimate, told me what was necessary and what could wait (very honest), and then dropped it off when it was ready. I will definitely go back and will send friends their way.

One word: Amazing. Like Christy B. I wish I could give them 6 stars! Customer service is alive and well at Taylormade! I came there for a smog check but left practically a new saleswoman for them. I really can't get over how professional, friendly, kind, accomodating and fast their service was. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who works in the SSF area and will go there for maintenanance! Great find!!

Since July 2009, I have been using this shop for my auto repair needs. I have been thoroughly pleased with each repair visit. They have proved to be honest; and it is clear they value their custormers and operate in the highest integrity.

Love the fact that I can bring my car in for service and get it back the same day otherwise a rental car is offered at no charge to the customer - 5 stars for that! And 5 stars for the entire experience!

I absolutely love Tayormade. When ever I have had to have service done on my car Romero or Scott have always been very professional and friendly, they have never tried to sell me something my car didn't need. I completely trust Taylormade.

When your car breaks down, it stinks. Taylormade made it less painful. Everyone at Taylormade was awesome! I was always informed, the repairs were completed really quickly, and for a fair price. I was treated like every customer wants to be treated. I feel good about recommending Taylormade to anyone and will go back whenever I need service or repairs for all of my vehicle.

Customer service was awesome. They even came and picked my car up and brought it back to me when it was done. Would recommend Taylormade to everyone!
